Payment Policy

  • A reservation deposit of 50% should be prepaid via Credit Card ( Master Card or Visa )
  • We would like to inform you that according to a new law, which has been in effect since January 1st, 2024 in Greece, accommodations are obliged to pay the “climate resilience tax” to the Greek state. This tax amounts to 15€ per night from April to October or 4€ for the remaining months, per overnight stay, corresponding to our accommodation.
  • The remaining amount is paid in cash on the first day of your arrival at the JOEL.
  • In case you do not want to pay the remaining amount in cash, you can pay by bank transfer , at least 30 days before your arrival.

Payment by credit card
You can pay by credit card via e-Pay of PIRAEUS BANK. The Piraeus e-Pay e-commerce service follows the best international practices in the field of payments for e-commerce and is also fully compatible with the security protocols of the international card organizations Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for secure on-line card payments.

Card information (card number, CVV2, expiry date) is transmitted/transferred over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL) and is not accessible from the online store. The systems and procedures used by Piraeus Bank prevent unauthorised third parties from accessing its data and information systems.

Payment via PayPal

Cancellation Policy (applies only to bookings made via our website)

  • If a reservation is cancelled , the reservation deposit of 50%  will not be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival and if full payment has been made, 70% of the amount will be refunded.
  • If a reservation is cancelled  59 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the total amount of stay is charged.
  • Non – show or departure prior to the scheduled check-out date results to 100% of the entire booking.
